The Erupt Rackless system allows adventure riders to travel light yet carry enough luggage and off-road gear to ride and live out in the open country. It allows bikes to be lighter – sans heavy steel pannier frames.

The harness is designed to carry luggage on bikes without pannier frames or saddle stays and keep luggage safely and securely tethered to the bike and positioned safely away from moving parts and hot exhaust pipes. 

Ergonomically designed and constructed out of laser cut double layered 800 GSM PVC RAFT TARP Fabric, industrial webbings, and fittings, these are designed to carry our MAX Modular bags as also the Frogman CS ADV.

This kit is a money saving combination of the Erupt Rackless Harness and a pair of MAX20 modular bags to give you 40 litres of waterproof storage.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Dimensions: L 60 W 21 H 42 once installed. 

Compatibility: Almost all ADV and enduro style motorcycles – eg HERO Xpulse 200, KTM 390 ADV, GS 310, Honda CB 500X RE Himalayan, RE Scram, Honda CRF Rally, AJP PR7, Kove 450, KTM 690 / Husky 701 (note you will need to unclip the rear for refuelling), Tenere 700 etc.

NOT suitable for large ADV motorcycles that have wider pillion seats with fixed wide grab handles eg Triumph Tiger XC, Africa Twin CRF as the grab handles prevent the base from sitting correctly - please see The Rackless V2 X-Wide system.

IMPORTANT - for all models you will almost certainly need an exhaust heat shield (eg TVH) if you do not already have one. The base must not be allowed to make contact with the exhaust can or damage will occur!
